Najimidin Azezi

Born in Xinjiang, China in 1957, Najimidin Azezi graduated from Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts in 1981, then graduated from Peking University Research Class and The Fine Arts College of The Minzu University of China between 1986 and 1988, respectively. From 1981 to 1985 and from 1988 to 1996 he worked as a professional painter in Xinjiang Academy of Painting and the director of the oil painting research room in 1998. He is currently the resident artist of the Central Academy of Fine Arts Art Museum. Najimidin held solo exhibitions at the National Art Museum of China in 1988 and 2001. Nearly 30 works were collected in the National Art Museum of China and Xinjiang Art Museum.
